23-07-2026 Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy Dr. Subaih Abdulaziz Al-Mukhaizeem and Undersecretary of the Ministry Dr. Adel Mohammed Al-Zamil commend the national professionalism of the ministry's staff during their inspection visits to the damaged stations.

Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Dr. Sabih Abdulaziz Al-Mukhaizeem, and Undersecretary of the Ministry, Dr. Adel Mohammed Al-Zamil, made two separate field visits to two power and water desalination plants, in order to follow up on the progress of work and check on the conditions of the workers, in light of the Iranian aggression’s attacks on the plants, coinciding with the rise in electrical loads during the summer season.

During their visit, each of them was briefed on the operational processes at the station, and listened to an explanation from officials and technicians about the work to restart the damaged and precautionary shut-down units, and the measures taken to ensure the continuity of electricity and water production, and to maintain the stability of the electricity and water systems.

They also met with the employees at the station that was visited, appreciating their great efforts and dedication to performing their national duty, and calling for their continuous efforts to continue during this sensitive stage in the history of the State of Kuwait to demonstrate the professionalism and patriotism of the Ministry’s employees in bearing the responsibility placed upon them, in a way that contributes to maintaining the stability of the electrical and water system, and the continued provision of services to citizens and residents.

These two visits are part of the ongoing field tours carried out by the ministry’s leadership to monitor the progress of work in its various facilities, and to stand by the national cadres who continue to perform their duties efficiently and professionally in various circumstances in general, and in the face of the heinous attacks during the past week in particular.
