The official spokesperson of the Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy stated that emergency response teams successfully restored operations at the main substation in the Jahra area and reinstated electricity supply to all affected customers after the station had gone out of service due to a technical fault.

She explained that technical teams immediately initiated response procedures upon the occurrence of the malfunction, and the issue was addressed in accordance with approved protocols. She emphasized that the rapid response of technical teams and the efficiency of national engineers and technicians contributed significantly to containing the fault and restoring power safely and effectively.

She also expressed appreciation to citizens and residents for their understanding and cooperation, reaffirming the Ministry’s commitment to enhancing the reliability of the electrical system and ensuring continuity of service under all circumstances.
