The Minister of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy, Dr. Subaih Abdulaziz Al-Mukhaizeem, conducted an inspection visit to the shelter centers located within the Ministry’s main building to assess their level of preparedness and ensure readiness under the current circumstances.

During the visit, the Minister reviewed the available equipment within the centers and examined the procedures in place to ensure the safety of staff and visitors. Dr. Al-Mukhaizeem noted that the Ministry has issued a number of observations and directives aimed at further developing these facilities and ensuring their full compliance with all requirements set by the General Directorate of Civil Defense.

He emphasized the importance of strict adherence to safety and security standards and stressed the need for the prompt implementation of all recommendations to enhance the readiness of the centers and strengthen preparedness to respond to any emergency.
