The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy is organizing a series of awareness lectures entitled “Be Aware” (Kun Wa‘iyan) from 4 to 6 October 2026 at the Electrical Distribution Networks Sector Training Center. The lectures are presented by Eng. Abdulaziz Al-Qenaei.

The lectures are being held as part of the Ministry’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness among its employees, promote a culture of safety, and enhance their knowledge of safe and responsible practices when handling electrical equipment and water networks.

The lectures aim to familiarize employees with the proper guidelines and procedures for handling electrical equipment and water network components, thereby enhancing safety and reducing the risks associated with unsafe practices.

The lectures feature a range of guidelines and practical recommendations designed to reinforce proper practices in handling electrical and water equipment and systems. They also seek to promote a culture of responsible consumption and encourage the conservation of resources.

Such awareness programs contribute to raising employees’ awareness and strengthening compliance with safety procedures, thereby fostering a safer work environment and safeguarding employees, facilities, and infrastructure.
