The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy has launched its media and
awareness campaign for the “Adaa” project, in cooperation with the Kuwait Anti-
Corruption Authority “Nazaha” . The initiative aims to activate and implement the Code
of Conduct for government employees while reinforcing principles of integrity and
transparency in the workplace. The campaign began on Sunday, November 1, and will
run through the end of March 2027.
Designed for ministry personnel, the awareness campaign reflects the ministry’S
commitment to boosting awareness of professional values and workplace conduct
standards. This effort aims to improve organizational performance, enhance the work
environment, and elevate the quality of services provided.
The campaign relies on a comprehensive strategy featuring media, digital, and field
initiatives, alongside training programs and workshops organized in coordination with
relevant entities to cover all ministry sectors and locations.
These efforts seek to instill a culture of compliance with the Code of Conduct for
government employees across the workforce and embed its core principles into daily
operations.
The Ministry has called on its employees to follow the campaign and explore its
educational content via the dedicated staff Instagram account: @MEWSTAFF.
