Those wishing to subscribe to obtain bidding documents can do so from the Contracts and Tenders Management Department at the Ministry's headquarters (South Al-Surra - the sixth ring - the first floor).

Starting from Sunday, 06/10/2025, an amount of (150 KD) (only one hundred and fifty Kuwaiti dinars) is required and is non-refundable.

In case of inquiries about any information regarding the bid, one may contact the "Administrative Services Department - Administrative Affairs Sector" Mr. Hassan Al-Qallaf at T: 66840044. Offers must be submitted with a certificate from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kuwait), indicating the company's registration for the year 2025, and should be deposited in the performance box "Contracts and Tenders Management" at the headquarters of the Ministry (South of the Navel - the sixth ring - the first floor) by a maximum deadline at 12:00 PM on Wednesday corresponding to the specified date.
