His Excellency the Minister of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, Dr. Subaih Abdulaziz Al-Mukhaizeem, accompanied by Undersecretary Dr. Adel Mohammed Al-Zamil and Assistant Deputy Director of Power Plants for Electricity and Water Distillation, Engineer Haitham Al-Ali, conducted a field visit to the South Al-Zour Power and Water Distillation Plant. They were received by the plant manager, Engineer Zahir Al-Saad, along with several plant officials.

The purpose of the visit was to extend Eid al-Adha greetings to the staff on duty and to assess the plant’s operational readiness. The tour included a visit to the thermal control room, where the Minister and the accompanying delegation were briefed on operational procedures, production levels, and monitoring processes. These procedures follow established technical standards to ensure the continuity and efficiency of electricity and water production at the plant.
