10-06-2026 Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Electricity, Water, and Energy, Dr. Subaih Abdulaziz Al-Mukhaizeem, and in the presence of the Deputy Minister, Dr. Adel Mohammed Al- Zamil, lecturers and training course coordinators were honored.

Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Electricity, Water, and Energy, Dr. Subaih Abdulaziz Al-Mukhaizeem, Head of the Renewable Energy Department, and in the presence of the Deputy Minister, Dr. Adel Mohammed Al-Zamil, recognition was given to the lecturers and coordinators of the ministerial courses for their outstanding efforts and active contributions to the success of training programs for the 2025–2026 academic year, namely as part of the Ministry’s efforts to support national talent and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

The 2025–2026 academic year saw a number of achievements. A concrete example of this was the training of 1,640 employees through 33 training programs delivered by 30 experienced instructors from the Ministry.

The Deputy Minister, Dr. Adel Mohammed Al-Zamil, stated in a speech delivered on this occasion that these results reflect the Ministry's commitment to investing in human resources and enabling local talent to share their expertise and knowledge, which contributes to improving institutional performance and developing the job skills of employees. He also expressed his sincere thanks and appreciation to the speakers and coordinators of the ministerial sessions for their efforts. Their dedication and exceptional commitment contributed to the success of the training programs and achieved their goals.

He said, "The time, expertise, and effort you have contributed are well worth it. " Pride and honor— and you are partners in building a stronger national workforce. Your competence and ability to meet the Ministry’s expectations— we are here for you. Thank you very much."

At the conclusion of the ceremony, the speakers and coordinators were honored in recognition of their excellence and dedication. This honor served as a testament to the Ministry's approach to fostering national talent and consolidating a culture of excellence and lifelong learning, achieved through various programs implemented by the Administrative Development and Training Department in the sector of Planning, Training, and Information Systems.
