The Ministry of Electricity, Water and Renewable Energy announces a tender for a license to operate a cafeteria within the National Control Center (Al-Salam) building. Those wishing to participate can obtain the tender documents from the Contracts and Tenders Department at the Ministry's headquarters (South Surra - Sixth Ring Road - First Floor - Contracts and Tenders Department), starting Sunday, November 16, 2025, for a non-refundable fee of KD 50 (fifty Kuwaiti dinars only).

A preliminary meeting will be held on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. in the meeting room on the ninth floor of the National Control Center, Fifth Ring Road. Bids must be accompanied by a certificate from the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry stating that the company is registered for the year 2025, provided that the company is registered as a supplier with the Ministry's Procurement Department. Bids must be deposited in the special box at the Contracts and Tenders Department at the Ministry's headquarters (South Surra, Sixth Ring Road - First Floor) no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 17/12/2025. Bids received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
