The Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy announces a tender for the installation of instant coffee machines, refreshment machines, drinking water machines, and food items.

Those wishing to participate can obtain the tender documents from the Contracts and Tenders Department at the Ministry's headquarters (South Surra, Sixth Ring Road, First Floor).

This will take effect on Sunday, September 28, 2025, for a non refundable fee of KD 50 (fifty Kuwaiti dinars only).

A preliminary meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the Assistant Undersecretary for Administrative Affairs - Ground Floor of the Ministry. Bids must be submitted with a certificate from the Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Industry stating that the company is registered for the year 2025, provided that the company is registered as a supplier with the Ministry's Procurement Department.

Bids shall be deposited in the special box (Contracts and Tenders Department) at the Ministry's headquarters (South Al-Surra - Sixth Ring Road - First Floor) no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, November 2, 2025. Bids received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
