The official speaker for the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, Engineer Fatima Abbas Jawhar Hayat, announced the successful restoration of an additional overhead power transmission line to service by technical teams. The line had been damaged by falling debris resulting from the interception of drones.

She explained that the repairs were completed with high efficiency thanks to the efforts of national personnel. The line was returned to service at dawn on the first day of Eid al-Fitr, reflecting a high level of preparedness and dedication to duty despite the holiday.

She affirmed that the technical teams are continuing to work around the clock to complete the repair of the remaining line, adhering to the highest technical standards and safety procedures, to ensure the stability of the electrical grid and the continuity of service.

Engineer Fatima Hayat commended the efforts of the national personnel, including engineers, technicians, and field workers, noting that serving the nation is an honor for all employees of the Ministry.
