Within the framework between government entities and institutions of civil societies, his excellency the Minister of Electricity and Water and Renewable Energy and the Minister of Housing Affairs Eng. Mutlaq Nayef Omar Abu-Rguba has issued a decision to form a committee for the approval of electrical and air conditioning engineers for the electrical and consultancy offices, and air conditioning companies, in cooperation with Kuwait's Engineer Society. This committee specializes in qualifying Kuwaiti engineers to work as approved engineers for the ministry in the field of air conditioning and electricity under the conditions decided by the ministry which will urge Kuwaiti engineers to work in the private sector.
